After a spectacular opening number by the former teen housemates, the four hosts manned their stations and prepared to welcome the new batch of teens to enter Kuya’s house. Each stepped onstage in a summer themed outfit and was escorted by either Toni, Luis, Mariel or Bianca. A brief intro and they were sent off with a few words of advice from a loved one.
Of the 30 dream key holders, only 14 made it inside Kuya’s funky modern Moroccan-inspired house. There’s Ejay, the Promdi Hottie and Kevin, the Spanish Stallion who are both new to urban Manila though they are from very different backgrounds. Next up were hot chicks Nicole, Cebu’s In-Chick, and Linda, Iriga’s Bikini 
Babe. The first four were joined by Nan the Junior Kenkoy and Alex, the Italian Valentino. Dad issues are the common bond between Rona, the Prisoner’s Daughter and Bubbly Girl Jieriel. A beauty and a jock followed -- Jolas the Gentle Giant and Beauty, the Rebellious Beauty. Germany is represented by Valerie, the Dazzling Doll, and hot on her heels was Mindanao’s Deaf Dreamer, Priscilla, who wowed host Luis when she quickly answered the questions set to her. The last two spots were filled in by Robi and Josef, who went in together, if only to show the school rivalry which is their main point of interest. Robi is tagged the True-Blue Atenista and Josef, the Lethal Lasallite.
Kuya gave his first welcome message to the housemates too and summarized his initial expectations into what he called the Four F’s. It was during this verbal communication that Priscilla’s disability became apparent to viewers and a source of wonder. How will she be able to cope for the rest of the season, with Kuya constantly giving instructions without being seen? Kuya also added to the excitement by letting the housemates know that there’s already an upcoming task for them. Keep tabs on that by watching PBB Teen Edition Plus Uber with Mariel after Naruto and the Primetime telecast with Toni right after Lobo. Another plus to watch out for is the glamorous secret room that Luis gave a sneak peek to. Who will occupy that side of the house?
