Tears, Prayers and an Eviction Bet

March 31, 2008 2:39 AM

The housemates still have no idea of the existence of their guardians who are just a door away. Kuya subtly gives them a hint when he presents pictures of their guardians. He asks them to introduce their guardian to the other housemates, complete with a short impersonation. Nan shares that though it is a miracle if he and his mom skip fighting for a day, they still maintain an open relationship. Rona shares that she is more conservative than her mom, who opts for fitted clothes. Linda and her mom call each other “dang” and share many laughs. The group’s sharing is followed by a Q & A, where Beauty was asked by Rona to give a message to her mom. Beauty obliges but ends up in tears as she recalls the bad things that she did, causing her parents a lot of heartache and disappointment. She was ashamed of her actions and expressed gratefulness because her mom always accepted and supported her. After explaining herself, she still couldn’t stop crying and cried face-down on her bed instead, where the other housemates followed to offer comfort. The scene was so heartbreaking that the other housemates couldn’t help but shed tears themselves. Linda, this being the first time she ever cried about her problems, was comforted by Jieriel and Alex. She recalled her own behavior towards her mom and regretted hurting her. Valerie, Nikki and Priscilla follow suit. Robi and Jieriel had to explain to Alex that it was okay to cry. Alex shared that he too felt like crying as he remembered his family and his 6thcapped the prayer session with a group hug. monthsary with his girl, but was hesitant to do so because a lot of people would see. In the end, Rona led everyone to the living room where all bowed and offered their own prayers for each other. Rona, Jieriel, Robi and Josef were those who voiced out their prayers and concerns. All were solemn and in deep thought, and capped the prayer session with a group hug.

The housemates broke into groups again before sleeping, and one group in particular held a conversation in the garden. Beauty, Kevin, Valerie, Rona and Nan felt jittery as they realize that eviction days are near already. Beauty felt she would be the first one out, because she wasn’t able to mingle properly with the rest. Kevin, too, felt the same. The two have a bet about who between them will be evicted first, the terms of which are yet to be determined. Valerie feels she will be kicked out because of her lack of Filipino words. They guess that Jolas, Alex, Robi, Rona and Josef are those who will go the distance.

Who will be the first out? What tasks await the housemates this week? How will the addition of their guardians spice up this hot group? Keep updated by watching Uber and Primetime! Or, check the website and blogs regularly.
