Jungle adventure continues at home

May 20, 2008 3:13 PM

While Beauty, Valerie, Nan and Ejay are coursing their way through the big island adventure, the other five are struggling as well with the jungle feel of Kuya’s tasks. The teens picked up their daily supplies from the storage room and were shocked at the sight of the wriggling eels. Other supplies were a bolo, chickens, bamboo, coal and banana leaves. It seems like the teens wouldn’t be having a normal lunch today.

Primo, the housemate’s guest, taught the teens how to make fire using their supplies. Armed with wood and coal, Robi and Alex went to work and started their very own fire. The teens’ skills on catching a chicken were also put to use as they made a trap and baited it successfully. Kuya Primo assisted the teens by making tribal sounds to call the chickens. The huge obstacle for the housemates, however, were the eels since they could barely hold it. Thanks to Kuya Primo, the teens’ were taught on how to go about the difficult task.

To add to this “back to basics” activity, the teens’ water supply was cut off. For the whole day they would only have to use one drum of water. Mikan was quite disappointed since he planned on doing the laundry today. Robi, on the other hand, worried about the inconvenience of doing their toilet activities. Aside from this water shortage, the teens would also have to deal with the 10 minute shower time rule. Though divided in two sets, the housemates are united in executing the skills they acquired the previous week. How will the teens manage with these tasks? Check out the PBB Multiply Site for updates on this story and watch Uber to see Beauty, Nan, Valerie and Ejay’s first day in Palawan!
